Cuoco's Pasta Classes with Stan

“Life is a combination of magic & pasta.” – Federico Fellini

Cuoco’s intimate pasta classes are returning this summer! Each class will feature the art of making fresh, delectable pasta with our very own expert pasta chef, Stan! Stan has decided on a fun variety of pasta styles and shapes to be featured (listed below) so feel free to pick one - or a few - and become expert pasta makers and eaters! Learn about technique, recipes and partake in a hands-on demonstration before returning to the dining room for a 3-course family dinner, featuring your own pasta! Wine and a take-home portion of your pasta is included.

Endless Spaghetti & Meatballs

Taste of Iceland

The famous festival celebrating Iceland's unique culture returns to Seattle October 17th - 20th, 2019! 

A one-of-a-kind, four-course dining experience showcasing some of Iceland’s finest ingredients will be available at this year’s Icelandic restaurant takeover of Cuoco.  Award-winning Icelandic Chef Georg Arnar Halldorsson from RestaurantÓx in Reykjavik will partner with Cuoco’s Chef Ron Anderson to create a cross-cultural prix fixe menu that includes arctic char, filleted cod with turnips and langoustine, free range Icelandic lamb, and, of course, Iceland Provisions’ Skyr of the Vikings for dessert.  In addition, Tóta, one of Iceland’s premier bartenders, will join Cuoco’s mixologist Jonny Spielsinger to design a flight of custom cocktails featuring Reyka Vodka and Brennivín. The four-course prix fixe dinner is $80.
