Rosé on the Patio

Join us for our 2nd annual Rosé on the Patio series at Cuoco! The Seattle sunshine season is finally here, which means we’re gathering our friends for the best rosé party in the city! Delicious summer snacks, DJ vibes, patio weather and, of course, everyone’s favorite pink drink! The Cuoco team has selected delicious Italian rosés that guests will be able to sample. Join us for one (or all) of our Rosé on the Patio parties!

Cuoco's Pasta Classes with Stan

Cuoco’s intimate pasta classes are back! Each class will feature the art of making fresh, delectable pasta with our very own expert pasta chef, Stan! Stan has decided on a fun variety of pasta styles and shapes to be featured (listed below) so feel free to pick one - or a few - and become expert pasta makers and eaters! Learn about technique, recipes and partake in a hands on demonstration before returning to the dining room for a 3-course family dinner, featuring your own pasta!

Negroni Week Launch Party

Seattle’s most delicious Negroni cocktails come from our very own Cuoco restaurant, so (of course) our favorite time of the year is Campari’s Negroni Week! Launched in 2013 as a celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails, Negroni Week has grown from about 120 participating venues to over 7,700 venues around the world, and to date, we have collectively raised nearly $1.5 million for charitable causes. Help us launch this year’s Negroni Week at Cuoco with a super fun kickoff party on our patio – and try three incredible versions of the classic cocktail, each paired with delectable snacks from Chef Ron Anderson! 

We also welcome everyone back to Cuoco June 2nd-10th to continue the celebration and raise money for the James Beard Foundation! What’s that saying? A Negroni a day keeps the doctor away…? Follow the fun with the #NegroniWeek hashtag – and we’ll see you on the patio!
